DESCRIPTION:Houston Open Birdies for Charity Program – July 14-November 14\, 2021 \nThe Children’s Assessment Center will participate in the Houston Open’s Birdies for Charity Program for the second year. In 2020\, we won third place and raised over $10\,000. Your donations and the Houston Open’s bonus donation helped us protect children\, heal families\, and prevent child sexual abuse. \n  \nWhat Is Birdies For Charity®? \nBirdies for Charity®\, presented by THINK Neurology for Kids\, is a fundraising program designed to give local charities the opportunity to generate contributions through the Houston Open. 100% of your donations to the program go directly to the charity of your choice. \nYou can support The CAC’s healing services by donating through the Birdies for Charity Program or making a pledge per birdie. The minimum for a one-time donation is $20. Pledges start at $.01 per birdie and cannot exceed $1.00 per birdie. For example\, a pledge of $.01 per birdie x 1\,500 birdies = $15 pledge and a pledge of $1.00 per birdie x 1\,500 birdies = $1\,500 pledge. \nThe top fifteen organizations that collect the highest total of donations and four randomly drawn organizations have the opportunity to receive an additional bonus. The #1 ranked charity will receive a bonus donation of $25\,000.
