The Assistant Executive Director is responsible for supervising The CAC’s External Affairs, legal initiatives, child sex trafficking efforts, Multidisciplinary Team Services, and Children’s Court Services.
Lisa Bourgoyne, Partner Relations Director
The Program Director provides oversight, development, and direction for core intervention programming and supports advancing CAC multidisciplinary team best practice standards in furtherance of the strategic vision of The CAC.
Rob Sanchez, Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, human resources, facility and development functions for a public/private partnership between The CAC Foundation and Harris County.

The Director of Training and Education provides oversight, development, and direction for professional development, prevention, and community trainings, in addition to the children’s services program.
