Internship Opportunities

Undergraduate Internship with Children’s Services

The on-site activity center at The CAC is a wonderful place for undergraduate students to spend time observing and interacting with child victims of abuse and traumatic events.  We have established relationships with local colleges and universities and will work with you to make sure you get the most out of your internship with us.  For more information, please email cacactivitycenter@cac.hctx.net.

Master’s Level Internship Training Program

The clinical internship requires a minimum of 16-24 hour/week commitment for a minimum one academic school year, or two semesters. Training experiences are tailored to the training needs of the student and program requirements. Weekly supervision is provided by a licensed clinician. Doctoral Psychology Internship Program

The Therapy and Psychological Services Division of The Children’s Assessment Center has an APPIC accredited Doctoral Psychology Internship Program.  The Internship runs from August 1st to July 31st, and we accept two Interns.  You are welcome to apply through APPIC and the normal match process.  If you have any further questions regarding this program, please contact Dr. Rosa Hinkle.
