Every year we host a Spirit of Summer: Back to School Children’s Party where we can distribute backpacks filled with supplies not only to provide the tools necessary for a successful school year, but also to host a fun opportunity for normalcy for the children and families we serve.
Join us in expressing our deepest gratitude for Spindletop Community Impact Partners continued support of this event. They have been consistent underwriters for four consecutive years. Because of their generosity, we were able to empower over 800 children with backpacks and hosted over 400 children and their families at the Back-to-School Party. In addition to underwriting this special event, Spindletop always brings an amazing army of volunteers to help the event run smoothly. The unwavering partnership between Spindletop and The CAC brings joy to hundreds of children each year.
We have also been continuously invited to Spindletop’s Annual Golf Tournament as a benefitting charity. Not only do they provide funds for our healing and protective services, but it also allows an opportunity to expand our reach to community members to raise awareness and acquire advocates for our mission.
