December 1st, 2020
#GivingTuesday is a day to celebrate generosity and make a difference in our community. You can show your generosity in a variety of ways – whether it is donating activity packs for children, spreading awareness about child sexual abuse and child sex trafficking, or donating to The CAC. Everyone has something to give.
Why give to The CAC?
1 in 10 children will experience sexual abuse before they turn 18. We treat almost 5,000 children and families a year through forensic interviewing, therapy services, and medical examinations free of charge. Help us end child sexual abuse and ensure each child and family receive the care they deserve.
Support The CAC during this season of giving by donating, volunteering, or advocating.
Show your generosity and become a part of the solution to end child sexual abuse. An easy way to give to The CAC is by making recurring monthly gifts. Recurring donations provide us with sustainable funding which helps us better plan our future. Give the gift that keeps on giving!
Give the gift of time by donating holiday gifts, activity pack supplies, or writing encouraging cards to children in crisis. You can drop off your donations at The CAC on Dec. 1, 2020 from 8 am – 5 pm. We can even pick up your donation curbside for your convenience!
Give the gift of education and awareness. According to the Child Molestation Research and Prevention Institute, 95% of child sexual abuse is preventable through education. Equip yourself and our community to safeguard our children. Sign up for a training or join our Advocates of The CAC group.
- Subscribe to The CAC’s monthly newsletter by emailing email@example.com.
- Join the Advocates of The Children’s Assessment Center, a membership auxiliary for the next generation of community leaders. Attendance at events is voluntary, and there is no monthly commitment to participate.
Thank you so much for your support of The CAC and our clients. With your help, we can truly make a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by child sexual abuse and child sex trafficking.
